To be eligible for the opportunity, applicants have to meet certain requirements as listed below:

  • Be a non-immigrant foreign student of F-1 or J-1 status who is enrolled full-time in an Ohio State degree program.
  • never before gotten a grant from the Office of International Affairs at this degree level
  • Be one semester away from graduating or having a pressing, unanticipated emergency
  • has proven that they require the money to finish their present degree
  • and possess a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 for graduates and 2.5 for undergraduates.
