Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality/Citizenship: Specifically for those not eligible under any existing Rhodes constituency.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18-23 years old as of 1st October 2024 or under 27 if their first undergraduate degree was completed after 1st October 2023.
- Academic Achievement: Applicants must have completed an undergraduate degree that meets or exceeds the entry requirements of their chosen full-time course at Oxford.
- English Language Proficiency: Applicants must satisfy the higher-level English language proficiency requirements of the University of Oxford.
