The University of Toronto is proud to announce the opening of the Lester B. Pearson International Scholarship Program for the 2024-25 academic year. This program is a fully funded offer for ONLY undergraduates. It aims to empower and birth a new set of global leaders.

About 37 applicants would be selected for the offer with tuition, books, incidental fees, and full residence support all provided for a 4-year period. 

A Background

The Lester B. Pearson International Scholarship gives credit to exceptional students who have exhibited unbeatable academic prowess across all areas of their studies. It evaluates applicants’ achievement, creativity, and leadership skills. 

The scholarship program supports students who have made notable strides in their respective schools and contributed immensely to the growth of their immediate environment. Courses like Physical & Mathematical Sciences, Commerce & Management, Humanities, Social Sciences, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Kinesiology & Physical Education, Music, and Architecture are all acceptable choices for this program.

What the Scholarship Offers

The Lester B. Pearson International Scholarship, which is for ONLY undergraduates, offers the following for successful applicants:

• The program covers tuition, books, incidental fees, and full residence support for the duration of four years of undergraduate study at the University of Toronto.

Eligibility Criteria

• Language: English proficiency
• Countries: All countries eligible
• Enrollment: Full-time study program
• Exclusions: Cannot have other tuition fee exemptions

Application Procedure

Follow the process below on how to apply for the Lester B. Pearson International Scholarship Program for the 2035-25 academic session: 

• School Nomination: Obtain a nomination from your school.
• University Application: Apply to the University of Toronto for the 2024 academic year and adhere to the admission deadlines as follows:
  • School Nomination: November 30, 2024
  • OUAC Admission Application: December 15, 2024 (Recommended by November 7, 2024)
  • Scholarship Application: January 15, 2025
• Scholarship Application: Complete the online Lester B. Pearson Scholarship application after receiving a nomination and applying to the university.
