As a MACC Undergraduate Excellence Scholar, you’ll be awarded up to 50% tuition remission for any single undergraduate bachelor’s degree (excluding the Bond Medical Program). Your studies can start in either the May or September semester, giving you flexibility in planning your academic journey. What the Scholarship Offers

The Fully-Funded MACC Undergraduate Excellence Scholar Program at Bond University, Australia 2024-25 offers a funded opportunity for prospective applicants as follows:

  • You will start your studies in either the May or September semester as a MACC Undergraduate Excellence Scholar, and you will receive up to 50% tuition remission for any one undergraduate bachelor’s degree (not including the Bond Medical Program).

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the opportunity, applicants have to meet certain requirements as listed below:

  • Hold Malaysian citizenship
  • and possess at least a 6.5 overall and a minimum of 6.0 in each IELT or comparable test subband.
  • Possess a high school diploma or comparable credential that places you in the top percentile for academic achievement (i.e., an IB Diploma with a minimum score of 38 or an ATAR of 96, or equivalent).
  • Not started their undergraduate studies at Bond University already.
  • Abide by Bond’s standard terms and conditions for scholarships.
  • Maintain a minimum program average of 65% or above, be enrolled full-time, and take part in University-organized promotional events.

Application Procedure

Follow the process below on how to apply for the Fully-Funded MACC Undergraduate Excellence Scholar Program at Bond University for the 2024-25 academic session: 

  • Direct applications to the Malaysian Australian Alumni Council are accepted for this scholarship.
  • The Bond University MACC Scholarship Application Form (Word document) needs to be filled out by applicants. Once finished, it must be submitted to MAAC for review along with any necessary supporting documentation.

  • Since no late scholarship applications will be accepted, you must finish and submit your application before the deadline.
