Application Procedure

- Exclusively by nomination. Students who want information about their application procedure should speak with their department. GPS receives nominations from the Department (or Faculty), and they will be judged competitively. The final say on the matter is with the Graduate Scholarship Committee.
- On this page, schedules are estimates. Departments may have internal deadlines for deciding prizes before presenting them to GPS. Please address deadlines directly with your department.
- Each year, the amount and kind of prizes and scholarships are decided upon and are subject to change. Departments can use GSMS to verify the current worth of open awards and GPS deadlines.
