    • Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.
  • Applicants, preferred masters options must be from any of the following:
  • The student must begin their program before their admission offer expires.
  • The student may not change programs.
  • The student is required to pay any fees (those are not covered by the award) by the due dates.
  • The student must maintain a solid academic record.
  • The student’s enrollment status must be full-time.

NOTE: Only undergraduate and master applicants are eligible.
